This policy describes how Trance International Pvt Ltd (“Trance,” “we”) handles cancellations, refunds, and disputes for purchases made through this website, in line with common expectations for digital goods and payment provider requirements.

1. Nature of products

Sessions sold here are digital products and access rights delivered electronically (including via our mobile application). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately or shortly after payment.

2. Cancellations before access

If you believe a payment was made in error before meaningful access to the purchased session has been granted, contact us promptly at the email below with your order details. We will review requests in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

3. Refunds after delivery

Because digital content can be consumed instantly, all sales are generally final once access has been provided, except where:

  • required by applicable consumer protection law;
  • we confirm a duplicate charge or a technical failure on our side that prevented access; or
  • we elect, at our discretion, to offer a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can try to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes may be handled according to Razorpay and your card issuer’s processes.
